February Chamber Luncheon - Andy Warnock, Developments in Old Hilliard
We are very excited to have Andy Warnock, Chief Executive Office of The Westwood Collective, as our speaker at our February 18 Chamber Luncheon. Andy will share his story and why he chose Hilliard as well as discuss new facilities and projects he is working on for the betterment of Hilliard.
Andy Warnock grew up in Delaware, Ohio and went to college at Ohio Wesleyan University where he excelled at sports. He earned his MBA in Finance from Ashland University. Andy began his career and was later promoted to Managing Director of LUMENT (fka: Red Mortgage Capital, LLC) in Columbus, Ohio. LUMENT is one of the nation’s largest providers of debt to the multifamily and senior’s housing industries. During his time at LUMENT, Andy was responsible for the origination of nearly $3 billion dollars in financings.
In addition to his work at LUMENT, Andy is a long-time real estate investor / property manager. He currently has ownership in 2,385 multifamily rental units in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Florida. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Ohio.
Andy resides in Hilliard, Ohio with his wife, Ashley, their two sons, Cason and Palmer, and two daughters, Aniston and Berkley. Andy remains an active volunteer for his alma mater, Ohio Wesleyan, founded and serves as Chairman of Dot’s Tots Foundation, and is a past member of the YMCA of Central Ohio Board of Directors. In recent years, he was named a Forty Under 40 recipient by Columbus Business First.
This luncheon will be on Friday, February 18 at Heritage Golf Club from 11:30 am-1:00 pm. Reservations are required and need to be made by Wednesday, February 16 online or by calling the office, 614-876-7666. Feel free to bring members of your company to this important luncheon. Open to the public.
