Hilliard Women in Business Virtual Meeting - Why We Need More Women in Politics
Participation Equals Representation - Why We Need More Women in Politics
Shiloh Todoroy, Development/Finance Director, The Matriots PAC, will be our guest speaker at our February Women In Business Virtual Meeting on Wednesday, February 17 at 11:30am.
We all have election fatigue right now, but it is important to keep the conversation going, especially about developing and maintaining a pipeline of women in the electoral process. The more we engage, the more we achieve. This discussion will help you think about where, how and why you MUST engage in the political process. It's volunteer-vote-give: three very specific ways to get involved and change our world!
Shiloh Todorov joined The Matriots as a member in October of 2017, and joined the staff in May of 2019 as finance and fundraising director. She has over a decade of nonprofit experience, including her previous role as the Executive Director of the German Village Society and as the Marketing/PR Director for The Wellington School. Prior to her career in nonprofit and development, Shiloh was a television journalist most recently serving as a Managing Editor for KETV.COM. Shiloh was born and raised in rural Nebraska and holds a Masters in Broadcast and Public Policy from American University in Washington, DC, where she also covered the White House as a journalist for three years for CONUS Television.
This will be a free session, however you do need to RSVP for this event by Tuesday, February 16th. This meeting will be held via Zoom. Details about how to connect will be emailed before this date to registered attendees.
